Individuality - "The aggregate of qualities and characteristics that distinguish one person or thing from others; character" (Source - The first result on google search for - "individuality + definition") So, I assume that it is fairly a constant thing which is with shapes a person's thoughts and probably his actions (unless under some kind of duress). If I had to give some kind of physical form to it it would be fairly solid though not completely, as it is subject to change by effect of some external influences, which maybe somewhat significant influences (after all, this is the only way an almost solid object can change its shape). I was just wondering that what happens in case of a person's individuality is a fluid or is expected to be a fluid.
