Just read this quote. Found it awesome (like many other quotes!) , and so true!

Maybe people find it more interesting to peep into other's business, other people's state of affairs. You have millions of people bombarding with questions like what are you doing, why, why this and not that, why are you wearing this outfit, why you are eating this and not that, why are you writing this stuff and why not thais etc. etc. followed by million other suggestions!

It might be a genuine concern at times, ... but maybe, they find lives of more interesting than theirs ... or maybe they get some scoop to tell in social circles ... or probably there is a hope that they would be as ungood as theirs own, giving them a kind of smug satisfaction!

But on second thoughts ... despite criticizing these, what I will do next?
Maybe, out of curiosity, I may do a wikipedia search to know more about Oscar Wilde's life and various facets of it!
... Or ,maybe go and have a chai-time chat with few friends about different people in the place and get some scoop about their lives!

It is, after all so much fun to get to know about the lives of others, and various 'masala' in the same!

    Couldn't agree more! I hate this third person business; I don't understand the reason why these people can't speak up upfront and have to 'data mine' so much of information about others in order to bring some colors in their life.

    Discussing others makes sense I believe only as long as the subject is aware of a similar chat going on in the exterior world.e.g. SRK being aware that most of the girls in India would be talking about him pretty often :P

The Forest

The Toyota Qualis and the Chvrolet Tavera stopped after a long journey. It was almost 9 in the night and it was pitch-dark. Night times in a forest are always pitch-dark. Adding to that it was a good `thirteen days since the last full moon day. Adding to this, the cloudy weather made visibility close to zero. Later in the night the forest would be engulfed in a fog making it nearly impossible to see. The only noise audible was that of silence, few random insects and that of a train going at a distance. After a long journey they all were quite weary and all they wanted was some rest so that the next day morning they can head for tiger and rhino spotting among many other species of flora and fauna in the wildlife sanctuary. Child Labor

He was 10 years old. When asked he said that he was 15 years old. He didn’t know why. It was just that his master told him to do so. His name was Raju. When he was born, he was named as Shivkumar, but that name did not suit his master. So his name was changed. His master owned a small juice shop in some big institute, with around 500 people. Most of these students were his customers.
